Concept Wave is a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product that is being customized to deliver a system that will allow Sales to create a quote, add Verizon product(s), configure those products, pull the price, CPE configuration and contract the products and place the order for those products into provisioning systems. The flow starts in Salesforce.com(SFDC) which is a web based CRM tool. The user would create an opportunity, add one or more products to the Opportunity then launch to Concept Wave to create the quote. When the user launches Concept wave they will be taken directly to the quote header page. At this point the Customer and Opportunity is known and the user can begin by creating the quote.
