Summary
Over the years I have worked jobs that have dealt directly with the public. I have good customer service skills, strong professional phone etiquette, and am a quick learner. I have been working on obtaining my bachelor's degree in Social Services for the past two and a half years. I have clocked over 62 credit hours. I can type anywhere from 76-90 words per minute.
Currently, my significant other has obtained a job in Lowell and we are looking to move around mid-June. In order for this life change to work for us I am seeking employment in the surrounding areas. I have been a stay at home mom and student for the past few years. I am hoping to be given the opportunity to get back in the job market.
Objectives
I would like to further work on my customer service skills or working with the public in general. I would also like to sharpen my skills with dispatching. I am always looking to advance in a company that seeks to advance its employees from within.
