7-3 compressor using carbon nano tube

This paper concerned with the design of a high speed and low power 7-3 compressor using carbon nanotube field effect transistor. Simulations were carried out using HSPICE. In this compressor lower power and impress improvement in terms of delay, power delay product and speed compare to previous work.
