-Work closely on a team sharing patients with a PT in a sub acute hospital setting.

-Perform evaluations, treatments, goal setting, team conferences, family training, and any other necessary training to assist in improving my patient’s function.

-Worked per diem performing new admission evaluations, recertification evaluations, evaluations secondary to functional decline, and treatments. Began a full time position in October 2011.
