Delivered client telecom network plans for best practices, cost savings optimizations, inventory management, network topology, technology adoption. Provided project management leadership for a major provisioning of a $1.1 Million investment in a MPLS network in Asia for a client in 2008. Run special projects for network procurement and retirement for a client after a major merger. Worked with clients’ IT Finance organizations to create business rules-based telecom cost allocation models for chargeback purposes.
