Role:

Translated business needs, processes and procedures into a workable system, and articulated on specific software requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders.

Responsible to create an automation framework, using Testing Anywhere tool for web and mobile application.

Project: New Jersey Consolidated Assistance Support System

NJCASS: The Consolidated Assistance Support System (CASS) provides an integrated system of eligibility, benefit and service delivery programs for Division of Family Development (DFD), Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS) and Affordable care act (ACA). It replaces the multiple data processing applications that are increasingly becoming incapable of meeting client eligibility and case management requirements.

Role:

Hands on team leader with strong focus on documentation, communication, process and constant improvements.

Identified as Subject Matter Expert and trained about 20 users.

Created and execute over 300 test cases through Quality Centre for Functional, UI and System Testing.

Analyzed requirements, modified test scenarios and scripts to ensure test coverage for all business requirements.

Managers have the ability to generate Wealth Management reports for their High-Net worth Individual (HNWI) clients and consolidate client investments and summarize them in a manner consistent with the current IMD Wealth Management offerings, including comprehensive performance reporting and multi-portfolio/multi-entity views.

CSP is an application driven by the SEC regulation 3a4 by which the Firm is required to playback to the Client (Account Holder), the financial and investment principle data recorded in the account profile. This information is to be played back to the client thru mailed letters in definitive interval of times based on the programs elected by the clients

Role:

Participated in all the phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), starting from requirement, design, development, testing and implementation phase.

Project: Rate Change Analyzer

AXA Insurance Company is one of the oldest automobile insurance companies in UK. Tested a client/server based system, called Rate Change Analyzer, for Comparative Rating group for viewing and adjusting information about insurance premium rates of various insurance products from different insurance companies.

Role: Primary responsibilities involved writing Test Plan Requirements for claims management system and executing same on tools such as Winrunner.
