Project overview: The task was divided among two categories.

1.Incident management (Daily Task)

2.Service requests(monthly release activity)

While the former one deals with the troubleshooting access related issues arriving due to incorrect/missing authorizations along with general user management task thereby making use of HP service center ticketing tool, the later deals with the role management/modifications activities including Creations/deletions, auth. object addition, org value modifications, t-code addition/deletion etc.
