I have learned and accomplished a great deal in my couple years of customer service . One of my proudest moments to date occurred while I was a employed at walmart, was being able to go from being a cashier checking the customers out and packing their bags to being moved to the service desk where I cashed checks, paid bills, print money orders, reload cards and much more then being promoted to train for customer service manger where I help my employees with their problems while at the same time satisfying the customers. I am now currently employed being a customer service representative for Medicare, before Medicare I was working for Obama care. I have been in field of customer service since high school where I first worked fast food. That was a lot to handle but I loved helping my customers.

Having worked as both a cashier and a customer service rep I bring to the table a breadth of experience, versatility, and insight. I believe these qualities would make me a valuable addition to your company.
