Key Accomplishments:
Standardized all switch forms in RCV using Apptext programming in order to effectively run large scripts in each 5ESS switch.
Trained with translations team in order to possess strong knowledge of each form of RCV that was integral to manipulate data contingent to all switches to be standardized.

Managed a diverse set of responsibilities including proactive testing, troubleshooting, and resolving all trunking, T1, and T3 problems from near-end and far-end origin; evaluating, resolving and averting daily machine detected interoffice irregularities, switch cutoff calls, and facility alerts troubles; and working with the far-end, domestic central offices internal and external to AT&T in order to restore trunks and T1s to service.
Key Accomplishments:
Designed and implemented trunk-testing 105 and108 schedules on all T1s in every switch; this resulted in proactive detection of all trunk errors on a daily basis which would be resolved prior to them affecting customer service.
Managed the preventive maintenance of multiple domestic Lucent 5ESS switches from trunk level and above which resulted in error-free analog and data traffic at a daily 99.97% rate.
