• Built prototype device to test tieback sockets for leakage; was so successful second unit was built as well as storage cases for them. Savings to company was substantial, replacing tangle of hoses, buckets, and ropes and associated labor to sort it.

• Fabricated supersized wall jacks enabling company to lift multistory walls increasing efficiency and reducing labor costs.

• Built first complete home by age 17.
