WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

My professional development revolved around the Bank area and especially the Management and Technology Services Support, I have been in charge of the department of data processing ( production and maintenance) which has all the equipment for the management of the main Banking platform, as ATM and Visa and MasterCard TDC ; Another of my responsibilities is the custodian of all Processors teams within the Computer Center and backup equipment ( UPs ) in the Main and Alternate Center . Another part of my responsibilities was the management of staff and their respective rotations and contracts if necessary. Direct responsibility for evaluating passes production of new products or optimizing them as well as the direct involvement of project leader thereof; on the other hand was in charge of the responsibility of the backrests in all IBS environments and different frequencies through BRMS tool; regarding this report printing unit was under my responsibility with modern equipment Laser Printing.

In the News I worked as Manager of Operating Processes which involves the total production of the Bank and all technical support teams Power IBM i, with respect to its performance, capacity, disk space, preventive maintenance, high availability, Disaster Recovery, environments and generating IBS same configuration, reconfiguration of links between iSeries as it is SNADS communications, remote configuration commands shipments, creating operating menu with SDA, Cl ` s application for process improvements, intonation of operational processes by the Pool of memories and internal - external management processes under Visual Control for Jobs, For Windows, For Pool, RevScheduler administration of Administrative Power HA replicas of the teams that make up the environment of HA and DR Music, allocation of disk resources via the iSeries navigator, administrator via Toolkits PPRC and Global Mirror, under HMC environment, user profiles Creations and JOBD library for allocation under control and authorization list, system installation PTF’s operating and management staff under my direct supervision and decision - making in the various projects and responsibilities of the position as area Manager and Production Automation .
