Responsible for performing all MobileCast dispatching activities.
Routes all same day deliveries according to Logistics policy and procedures.
Responsible for communications to the branches regarding errors in addresses, time frames, and any other work order issues that negatively impact the routing of a delivery.
Updates ACIS when necessary.
Responsible for communication to the branches regarding issues that impacts the ability of the Dispatcher to effectively route a work order to a driver in the field.
Responsible for monitoring a drivers' progress during the day, and communicate back to the branch level any issues related to impacting missed time windows.
Reviews Reports at the LCE level to monitor driver compliance of route order completed via the MobileCast software system.
