The need for the modern cancer institute was the dream of late Smt Nandamuri Basava Taraka Rama Rao wife of late Chief Minister Sri N T Rama Rao who herself succumbed to the deadly disease. The late Chief Minister and several philanthropists, scientists and physicians both in India and USA took the concept further and created the Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & the Research Institute in Hyderabad. Today, Institute stands tall and proud, in the heart of Hyderabad City, The Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute is a haven for those whose very lives are being stalked by this killer disease.

Inspect in conjunction with qc engineer the material delivered to the site stores and there upon prepare, submit the inspection request to consultants.

To plan and timely arrange any special unloading, storage requirements in co ordination with P.M.

Carryout follow ups with respect to replacement, delivery of any defective, rejected, materials or short delivered items.

Ensuring the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and method of installation approved for the project.

Efficient planning and optimum utilization of material and manpower.

Monitoring productivity and compiling relevant information on product rates.

Proactive coordination with civil contractor, sub contractors for effective execution of works.

Prepare for safe execution of respective services and activities.

Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to workforce and are fully enforced.

All the information drawings are used conveyed to the work force in a proper manner and details produced are in compliance to the requirement.

All the duties are worked promptly and efficiently assigned by the P.M.
