Promoted to 1st off inspector within 1 year of employment, 3 years later promoted to senior inspector. Invested in an ordinary machinist and trained him as a 1st off inspection in the manufacturing engineering industry, in just 4 months, from there started training apprentices that went through inspection. Had to redo a quality qualification for a customer that took 6 months to complete, 35mm DPG cannon. All parts had to be rechecked and submitted with new documentation for qualification.
