Maintain all the business related data in EXCEL, keep on updating the same according to the feedback received from time to time and after updating, put up the same to the senior officers for their comments/approvals. This whole exercise is done on-line because of online data updation.

Design of system by specified data to interlink the existing MIRs and generate back up material for updating at senior level. Working in CDSL, NSDL, margin kits.

Modification (Bank Linking, DP Linking, Address Change in trading A/c etc) through mails or hard copies.

Leading capturing, checking team & updating team of trading A/c opening forms as Team Leader.

Basically as a Computer Operator, I have to make all kind of data entries and input data and maintain the same date-wise, provide information about the same to my senior colleagues in the organization. Provide quick information and interact with my senior colleagues in the organization about the particulars received on certain data. This also includes billing, lot of interaction with different customers and thus maintains a large amount of date and handling records in Microsoft, Excel etc.

Perform routine work and sort out data with relevance for quick retrieval and updating.
