Worked with complained team and mainly responsible for making sure the servers are at update level with respect to venerability reports. Identifying the underlying issues, bugs and update then fixing them. Maintain the OS level and third party software to standard level as proposed by complain and venerability teams.
Response for the OS level, Java, bashes, open-ssh, open-ssl and other software patching and upgrade. Patch OS level using the Alt_clone disk method. Work on the regular task, performances issue, storage and if required with the Vendor to resolve an issue with are related the hosts, storage, application and Database.
