1996-1999; Detachment Sergeant for the largest and most productive resident Criminal Investigative Division (CID) agencies in Panama. Skillfully managed $750,000 worth of supplies and equipment, supervised all unit administrative and enlisted matters. Responsible for the turn-in and cross-leveling with other CID units of more than$550,000 worth of equipment. Served as the focal point for planning and coordinating the Panama Canal Zone Treaty Plan that required the unit to shut down in 1999.

1989-1993; Fort Bragg NC: Platoon Sergeant, responsible for the supervision of over60 soldiers and overall management and supervision of a 2 million dollars unit fund account. Proceeds more than 5 million dollars’ worth of equipment and supplies without loss or discrepancy, into and out of Saudi Arabia during unit deployment.
