Proposed, planned and implemented the project to merge 4 Network Operations Centers into one resulting in 50% less headcount, consistent troubleshooting and better performance.

Collaborated work between all service and network engineering teams and reduced number of alarms from 10K to 700 per day and reduced costs by slashing overall workload by 50%.

-It significantly reduced service downtime and raised efficiency, reduced $50K per month in costs incurred by after-hours escalation calls.

Designed and implemented Jira as the ticketing, bug tracking and project management system, replacing Remedy that saved company $1M per year in license fees and external support alone.
