Perform, review and approve mechanical integrity estimated remaining life calculations for pressure vessels and piping systems per API 570 calculation methods.

Lead piping designers in development of utility and process piping 3-D models. Develop, review, and approve mechanical design deliverables.

Visit to Plants and on site walk downs to develop as-built P&IDs.

Perform, review and approve pipe flexibility calculations using pipe analysis calculation software Bentley AutoPIPE.

Work on equipment nozzle load analysis by utilizing PRG NozzlePro software.

Perform, review and approve Pressure Relief Device calculations per API 520 & 521 requirements. Work on data collections for Heat Exchanger, Vessels, Pumps, Control valves, & Relief valves and complete device sizing calculations utilizing iPRSM software.
