I have 4 Years experience in Estimation & Billing on Construction of fast track Project’s executed by well known Company.

Presently Associated with,

Presently working in Vikranthi foundations as Quantity Surveyor & billing Engineer from jan 2016 to as on date..

The Projects handled by me are as below:

1.Individual Villa construction of G+3 at the total area of 30000 thousand Sft having of 8 Villas

2.G+2 Floors at the total area of 45000 Sft having of 8 Blocks

3.G+3 Floors at the total area of 9500 thousand Sft having of 1 Block

4.G+2 Floors at the total area of 35000 thousand Sft having of 7 Block

Responsibilities:

Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals to arrive the cost of the project

Preparation of bill of quantities for the overall Project

Reviewing the Budget in Co-ordination with Team Head, Purchase Dept. and Project Head

Preparing the Overall Budget cost for the entire project with detailed labour and materials breakups

Inspection of works at site to check whether they are carried as per approved drawings - Every fortnight

Site verification for works executed by the contractor - Every activity

Analyze the latest revision in the materials, labours& equipment with the cost workings to improve the quality of work

Analysing with theoretical quantities as per design verses actual quantities as per execution and preparation of final jobs close out report

Reconciliation of labour, materials and sub-contractors

Rate analysis for the work activity

Preparing the Budget Vs Actual expenditure for the project as stage wise

Preparations, scrutinizing,certifying and processing of contractor running and final account bills.This involves verification of contractor bills with the applicable terms and conditions certification and ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements like WCT and Service Tax

Prepare monthly labour productivity report and cost value report

Monitoring cost controlling activity for ongoing works

Monthly reports to management for completing the budgets

Checking & Certifying Weekly In house labour bill payment.

Co-ordinate & follow up along with site to execute the works & monitoring the execution as per budget

Finding out the new materials as per present market and get samples with quote for finalising the samples and new advanced procedures

Co-ordinate & follow up along with site to execute the works & monitoring the execution as per planned schedule. Discuss with them and solve the issues time to time
