•managed all litigation matters of a publicly-traded corporation and implemented cost cutting measures to reduce outside law firm expenses by 15%

•reviewed SEC filings and worked with the Board of Directors as Corporate Secretary

•spearheaded the development of significant portions of corporate policies and procedures including a robust FCPA policy which included annual compliance certification and testing, video training, and background due diligence reports on all foreign agents
