It is a critical mixed signal satellite receiver design, with DDRAM, flash, RF tuner, RF-modulator, and Audio Video decoders. EMI\EMC compatibility was taken care for which the RF had to be isolated from the Digital section. Project Name: “EPC (ELECTRONIC POWER CONDITINER)”

The designing part of this project has been done by our company, As a PCB Design Engineer involved in Placement,Constraint settings,Routing,clean up,Length matching,Gerber generation and validation

The project is of 6 Layer which includes High speed and High frequency Constraints Provided with split power planes including Blind, Buried,Through Hole and Tented Vias. This board consists of 3 power supplies of MOSFET based High Frequency Switching Converters and HKPS(House Keeping Power Supply) In this length matching done for clock signals, address lines, data lines and differential signals. The main feature of this board is that the board itself consists a planar transformer Project Name:”SUB ASSEMBLIES OF RF AMPLIFIERS”

Sub Assemblies likes Low noise post regulators, RS-232 Communication modules, Automation control boards,Test Jigs, High Voltage Rectifiers The RF section is placed at the top edge. All RF tracks are routed with 25 mil trace width. Digital and RF section has been separated in all two layers The VCC and Ground Nets are routed at edges of the board with 50 mil width. Project Name:”ULTRA HIGH SPEED & HIGH VOLTAGE MODULATOR” This module is High speed switches which switches the high voltage 2KV in rise

& fall times lesser than 10 ns and through put delay of 50 ns This module consists of 4 pcb’s stacked in tier arrangement and contains Planar transformer and all are of 4-6 layers

Project Name:”PLANAR TRANSFORMERS”

These are state of the art technology which makes the transformer very compact The transformer is made using pcb traces as the windings The transformer designed is of 2 primary traces and 4 HV Secondary traces and with shield traces which can operate to 400W
