Responsible for monitoring the incoming materials quality as per specification and drawings.

Especially for special materials, check the expiry date of materials should be included with sufficient consumption period for that material.

QC Engineer to raise NCR whenever the quality process gets violated. NCR copy should be issued to the concern block in charge and to get a committed date for closing issue. Follow up the concern block in charge to complete that issue in time. If it is not completed as committed, escalated to next level. After completion of that issue close the NCR and record it properly.
