This project comprises of testing of code for Tstat devices of HVAC System. The scope of the project includes test framework development and functional and algorithm testing of Tstat devices like GUI, SC and CS.

Responsibilities:

The project comprises of testing of a HVAC system. The scope of the project includes simulation of behaviour and testing of devices of the HVAC system that the devices follow RSBUS specifications. Devices are simulated through Lab View and TestStand. Simulations are limited to receiving and sending of Residential System Bus messages (based on CAN protocol) as defined in the respective device specifications. Using real devices, real scenarios are tested and using simulated devices negative scenarios are tested.

Responsibilities:

Study of existing test framework-RsBus Test Executive, Alarm Sequence, Loadbox and TSB Vis, RSBus Chart tool demo.

Study of SC algorithms as per client specification.

Test case design and development.

Development and modification of test script and Vis using NI Teststand and NI LABView components.

Development of firmware simulation using NI LABView
