Responsibilities
Conducts paper screening of candidate’s resumes
Sourcing of candidates from different job sites particularly Jobstreet, JobsDB and other job online sites, Employee-Referral Program (ERP), Career Fairs and different channels.
Proper allocation of candidates to specific work post that will fit their qualifications.
Validation of the candidate: Utilizing different tools through duplicate checking in Master Tracker, ABACUS Database System, and Company Hiring Restriction (CHR) site, checking of the candidate’s educational background or if he/she is a former employee.
Encode data of candidate’s in ABACUS Database System.
Endorsing of valid candidates to the CMT or Candidate Management Team for interview via encoding in ABACUS Database.
Scanned and upload candidate resume to ABACUS System.
Participating in different activities like ERP, Campus and Open House Recruitment Events doing the above mentioned responsibilities.
