PROJECT1

Title : TelecomWarehouse using snow flake schema.

Environment : Informatica9.5,Oracle11g,FlatFiles

Description :Hybrid Subscription Warehouse is value-added service (VAS) company which offered content management, mobile advertising, ring tones, phone backup, voice portals and voice SMS. We receives log files for each Telecom Operator based on new subscribers list, new subscriptions for various VAS services on Daily Basis which needs to be reformatted as per business logic and later will be loaded to Dimension and fact tables. These data warehouse is mainly for purpose of data analysis, report generation based on various operators, various subscriptions during a span of time and helpful in decision making. Source will be flat files which are logs generated on daily basis based on calls routed to server.

Roles and Responsibilities

Used Informatica Designer to create complex mappings using different transformations to move data to a Data Warehouse.

Extensively used unconnected Lookups, Filter, Router, Aggregator, Expression, Update strategy for mapping Development.

PROJECT2

Title : Selenium & J2EE

Environment : Eclipse for EE developers

Description of Selenium : I worked on a Project which is CRM Application. This application helps us to save the Lead in an efficient manner, not only that it also helps us maintain the contacts of customer.

Using this application, we can save the file in cloud for further usage. It also includes features like Report generation, maintaining a note, Groups to create a Forum (company queries ) etc.

I automated this project by developing Hybrid framework which is combination of keyword and datadriven framework using excel.

For the above project, I was responsible to write Review and Execute testcases, I was also performing smoke testing, Integration testing, System testing, exploratory testing, adop testing etc.

I used to also report defect in the defect tracking tool by preparing a defect report.

I also am well versed with preparing test Plans.

As a part of my project work, I used to attend several meetings like brain storming session, triage calls Retrospect meetings etc.

I used to also give KT (knowledge transfer).

Description of J2EE : I used .jsp files, servelts, ordinary java class combining all of the above, using VCM architecture, I used to send the data to the target table in the database that we created in the localhost using the installation of xampp control panel. And the use of this is we can insert the data to the table at any point of time by adding the values in the ordinary java class present in the dynamic web project of the application.
