Responsible for ICT, Functional and Final Test of the boards by General Instruments, HP, Pacific Crest, S&C, MCE, Flextar, Wow, Tecan, Vicor, ITG, and Dionex. Use General Dynamics machine to adjust radio frequency for Magnolia board

Perform testing and debug various boards. Perform system daily checkup per company specification.

Ability to diagnose malfunctions. In-line inspections and final QA.

Maintain test workstations to proper functioning level to minimize downtime. Control AOI machine for inspection. Using the small hand tools like long nose plier, pick up IC, tweezers, cutter, wire strippers, soldering … during the test and debug. Know how to use microscope for inspecting the small part. Complete daily reports or records as needed.
