Responsibilities:
Working as a Mechanical Team Leader, handling all the maintenance activities on Plant as a team leader. I am concerned with maintenance planning, team handling, and Mechanical Workshop maintaining & in house trainings.
Performed Gas commissioning of all 16 (W18V50DF) engines as a mechanical Leader with Wartsila Finland commissioning team
Attended all the trouble shootings related to gas commissioning with Wartsila Team and completed within time frame.
Managed the plant availability 98% by preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling.
Managing mechanical maintenance team and performs all the major and minor maintenance activities on plant.
Maintenance of Compressors, Separators and Pumps.
Planning and Scheduling for all the equipment present at plant.

I have worked as a Project/Commissioning Engineer at Nishat Power Ltd and Nishat Chunian Power Ltd; 200 MW each (Combined cycle, Mega Projects) Power plant having 11*18V46 Wartsila engines and a Dresser rand Frame 30 steam turbine (15MW Condensing type). My key responsibilities are to involve in all the technical issues in the site and to provide the technical support, Project documentation, Preparing Commissioning Documents and to assist the Site Manager. Drainage System, Raw Water System, Feed Water Circulation System & Piping. I have thoroughly supervised erection and commissioning of these projects successfully at Nishat Power Limited and Nishat Chunian Power Limited.
Feed water pumps, Piping of the systems, Level flow meters etc. Erection /Commissioning of steam turbine at both plants, and operation at Nishat Power Limited.
I was involved in all the erection activities related to piping of fuel, water, steam etc. I had supervised the commissioning phase of Gen sets, Cooling towers, Fuel treatment system, Heat Recovery system, raw water system and Sludge system. I was also the part of the team solving the trouble shooting problems faced during the whole project. I was also involved in the modification work over the Converteam Alternators. Distinctions:
