I am retired Navy PN*/E*, with ** years active duty April 27, 1980 - April 30, 2000. I was hired by IBM prior to my retirement. I was Entitlement Senior for 10 years March 17, 2000 - March 27, 2010. Entitlement determines Warranty/Maintenance eligibility, and service level the equipment gets, and data entry corrections for customers and IBM. I trained the replacements in Manilla, Egypt and Boulder CO. I returned to Dallas TX and was let go.
