Inventory / Receiving Supervisor Maintains and improves the cycle count program to ensure 100% accuracy of drugs, raw materials and finished goods. Monitors and improves the Kanban inventory system including all backflush Raw Materials. Completes and submits a Weekly Inventory Cycle Count Scorecard identifying root causes as it relates to variances in inventory. Ensures all purchase orders are properly created, received, and documented accurately. Coordinates all End of Month receiving transactions to account for proper accounting communication. Monitors all purchase orders placed with the vendor to ensure inventory safety stocks and reorder points are maintained. Coordinates daily requirements related to ensuring all receiving inbound is received and put away as well as restocking of pickable locations. Responsible for the order of all raw materials (inventory and non-inventory) as it relates to production, except drugs, from supply vendors. Provides recounts for all cycle count discrepancies.

Achievements:

-Coordinated the movement of palletized product during the reorganization (racking) of the Raw Materials Warehouse resulting in the timely completion of the pick location for the Batch and Staging Group the following evening and increasing usable storage space by 70%

-Maintained a friendly, professional work area resulting in zero turnover within the group resulting in the lowest turnover percentage versus all other departments in the facility

-Provided support for both the Shipping area and the Clean Room resulting in the production of sufficient Finished Materials for customer orders

Inventory Supervisor Analyzed shortfalls and failures in properly maintaining/controlling the inventory within a 500K sq.ft facility.
