Responsibilities:
Working closely with functional and development team to deploy the code changes and successful migrations to production.
Monitoring and taking necessary actions on user sessions, jobs and memory usage using server manager on all servers.
Work with application team for on-call support to troubleshoot and resolution of JDE E1 issues.
Responsible for User creations, Roles, security access and provided support to end users.
