EXPERIENCE

2000-2007 TECHNICIAN SOLITRON DEVICES Performed assembly work under microscope using wirebondig,gold and aluminum machines soldering small devices such as diodes, fets, capacitors, resistors, and chips using conductive and non-conductive epoxy.I was able to work with blue prints from hand sketches while being involved with every aspect of production.

2013-2014 SELECT STAINLESS INC.

Work with manufacturing department where I was trained on automatic machinery and implementing an MRP p;anning system. Performed quality checks on welding,finishing, and shipping to verify customers were getting procucts that exceeded expectation.

2014-2015 INTARSIA INC.

Machine operator,worked with waterjet machine,performed duties using computer controlled equipment and mechanically based machines where all drawings were loaded, aligned according to instructions.maintained quality and quantity with strong of sense of accountability and high standard Monitored machines for problems and trouble shootings.Read blue prints, work from layouts and dimensions on drawings to performed assigned tasks.

Machine Operator, working on waterjet machine,such as flow waterjet and calipsto macines. Setup machines according to blue prints,monitor machine for unusual sound or vibrations, insert material into machine, manually or with a hoist, operate metal,plastic molding, casting, or core,adjust machine setting for temperature, speed rates, feed rates and sycle times, removed finished products, smooth rough details and imperfections, test and compare finished work.
