Summary/Objective

I am a resilient, passionate engineering manager looking to inspire and lead a core team of engineers and technicians using lean principals to accomplish daily goals set by upper management and myself. I have both an associates degree in mechanical design/drafting, from Dunwoody College of Technology in Minnesota, and a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, from Arizona State University. With my experience in the engineering, and manufacturing, industry I have lead teams in multiple countries giving me cross functional skills far beyond those I acquired in my studies as a Mechanical Engineer. My further training as a Lean Expert, along with the projects I have completed with this training, has exposed me to the transferring of a TS certified product to a different country as well as helping to reduce obvious waste to remove over 3 days from the products lead time. I have also completed over 9 hours of manager training to help me adapt to changing work demographics and scenarios. I look forward to leading fellow engineers putting my experience and knowledge to work.
