Project Verizotech Modeler

Description: - Verizotech modeler is a tool that helps mobile applications to easily connect to backend(s) with add on features like offline support, user metrics etc. This makes application development faster by making application completely independent of the backend. Complex processing is moved into server rather than mobile application. Mobile applications can easily switch backend(s) without any change in application.

Responsibilities:

Wrote Native Java Android SDK for android application developer to easily connect to our backend server.

Debugged and fixed many issues on both on prim and cloud along with the server team which were only appearing on android.

Android SDK helps app developer to easily write application code by abstracting the logic of rest from the developers. It internally makes rest calls to connect to our backend.

Wrote a sample application using this android sdk which renders forms based on metadata and allows users to test CRUD operations.

Project Prophit

Description: - Prophit is a web-based process management system from TSYS that puts information at the fingertips of customer service representatives as well provides direct access to Bank/card account information and other system interfaces to help streamline an organization's business processes. Prophit workflow engine, guide the CSRs to accomplish the following:

Resolution of each call, Trigger appropriate system functions as the CSRs move through them

Enable routing of information, issues, and requests to CSR supervisors or other departments for resolution and record both the customer’s activity and the CSRs responses

Responsibilities:

Profound knowledge of implementing automated test scripts on network

Ability to lead a group and facilitate work as a team

Logged defects through defect tracking tools and re-validated data to ensure accuracy of data and track status

Tracked and communicated project progress to management teams in a weekly report which included various QA Metrics, status and blocking issues. Driven meetings and work sessions with the multiple business partners
