Ground Worker: cleaning slack from die area, assist blacksmith when requested to handle a given task, stamped hot forging upon finishing, opening and closing furnace doors, correct any mistakes on material such as: washing cracks, grinding cracks or wrong job and heat number stamps, pulling new job orders to assigned furnaces, load furnaces and properly adjust temperature gauges and ramp times according to given paper work.
Driver: MSM 400 operator, handle all tooling assignments: assembling pots according to dimensions of part being forged, finding necessary punches, bottom plugs, rings and following pins. Ability to align punches, plugs and following pins in their right positions in rapid speed, front & back driver. Maintenance: changing out wear and tear items on pumps, energizers, 6500 & 3000 ton presses. Maintence responsibilities varied with every new issue Safe Site Inc.
