Development Project Manager (July 2003 to August 2008) Obtained by Kitchell to open a new market in Ownership representation and liaison between all professionals and technical consultants in the development of all luxury community amenities. Overseeing and managing development of amenities for a luxury resort and spa on the Big island of Hawaii and Kauai’i.

All phases of contract negotiations between owner and consultants.

Maintaining adherence to entitlement commitments with government authorities.

Project Manager (October1999 to May 2003)

Recruited by Troon Golf to serve as primary contact and design leader of all clubhouse design and management for facilities worldwide. Personally managed and responsible for design and development of clubhouses at some of the most prestigious golf courses in the world. Responsibilities included coordination with client and consultants, contract negotiations with consultants and contractors, and construction administration. Coordination with consultants included initial programming, preliminary design concepts, budgeting and final construction. The negotiated contracts have been with consultants and have included architects, engineers, interior designers and contractors.

Directed the Value Engineering phase of projects under my control.

Responsible for commercial kitchen design and coordination.

Coordinated construction administration as necessary, review of construction documents for conformance with Troon Golf standards.

Experience included leading projects in Mexico and overseas in Japan, the Bahamas, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, the Dominican Republic, Canada and the United States, including Hawaii. Responsibilities for projects overseas encompassed project coordination, as well as on site project meetings.

Represented golf clubhouse, hotel and commercial building owners in contractor selection and negotiations. Managed design and production of computer generated construction documents.
