Personally managed and responsible for design and development of clubhouses at some of the most prestigious golf courses in the world. Responsibilities included coordination with client and consultants, contract negotiations with consultants and contractors, and construction administration. Coordination with consultants included initial programming, preliminary design concepts, budgeting and final construction. The negotiated contracts have been with consultants and have included architects, engineers, interior designers and contractors.

Directed the Value Engineering phase of projects under my control.

Responsible for commercial kitchen design and coordination.

Coordinated construction administration as necessary, review of construction documents for conformance with Troon Golf standards.

Experience included leading projects in Mexico and overseas in Japan, the Bahamas, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, the Dominican Republic, Canada and the United States, including Hawaii.
