Program Manager (2012-2015)

Managed the development and launch of all new Ford programs, which consisted of instrument panel cross car support beam assemblies and miscellaneous body component stampings and welded assemblies. Annual sales exceed $50 million, with a capital and tooling budget of $15 million.

Managed the launch of Ford’s 2017 Super Duty F250 program. Previously launched Ford’s flagship program, the 2015 F150, and the 2015 Ford Fusion. All programs are on target and under budget.

Contract position; Managed the development and launch of new mirrors and door handles (interior and exterior), consisting of Class A injection molded and painted parts and assemblies, with annual sales of over $3 million and a tooling budget of nearly $2.5 million.

Launched parts for the Acura RDX SUV and ZDX Coupe programs, all on target and under budget.

Supported corporate and customer interests in the relocation of tooling and component manufacturing, plant quality and productivity improvements, and VA/VE initiatives.

Supported the development, launch and maintenance of several other Honda programs while mentoring junior Program Managers.

CUMMINS FILTRATION, Findlay, OH

Project Manager (2005-2007)

Managed all aspects of starting up new auto filter manufacturing operations in Asia, and new additional manufacturing operations in an existing plant in South America. Also managed new filter programs.

Managed all aspects of all Nissan programs, supplying stamped auto body parts and assemblies covering two manufacturing plants, with up to $30 million in annual sales. Supervised one Project Engineer and led two cross-functional teams with a tooling budget just under $2 million.

Launched over 70 parts for Nissan’s Titan, Pathfinder, Pathfinder Armada, Xterra, Altima, and Maxima programs, all at or below cost targets and budgets.

Performed as primary customer liaison, providing a single consistent interface from initial quote through life of product.

Partnered with customers, working jointly on design and serviceability issues which generated additional revenues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Utilized fixed and historic data to automate the RFQ process, improving proposal response time.

PILOT INDUSTRIES, Dexter, MI

Managed all aspects of all Ford Super Duty F-Series and Ranger truck programs, supplying fuel systems totaling nearly $35 million in annual sales, with a tooling budget of $5 million.
