Intensive Outpatient Therapist: Provided therapeutic intervention to individuals who met criteria according to Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. Utilized assessment criteria in PCPC to determine appropriate level of care for clients admitted to treatment. Completed required documentation for charts that include assessments, progress notes and treatment plans. Requested random Urine Drug Screens to monitor the client’s compliance with abstinence.
