● Worked with AWIPS I and II to provide continuous data flow of meteorological data around North America
● 6+ years of Linux experience (crons, VI, permissions, etc); assisted upper tier support with software/hardware installs in a 24/7 call center environment
● Travelled and presented to NWS forecast offices all over the U.S. in order to raise awareness about the NCF
● Represented Raytheon at multiple conferences (NWA, AMS, etc) and functions over North America
● Provided key technical support for a network of over 160 Weather Forecast Office field sites
