Started career in 1972 with handling classes for the primary section in Diamond Jubilee Girls High School, Mumbai.

Over a period of six years handled higher classes from std 5th to 10th to take over as Head Of Geography Department in New Habib High School, Mumbai in 1978 for the next seven years.

Shifted to Kuwait in 1985 and took up the task of educating the student of Class 5 to class 10 in United Indian School, Kuwait.

Took up various responsibilities in the schools from organizing Annual functions to Quiz contest and school outing.

Actively involved in Social services by raising funds for the Blind Association, Helpage India And Red cross.

Regularly kept updating own knowledge by way of courses from time to time like Public Speaking Courses from the Indo –American Society in 1985, Certification Course in Application of Technology in Teaching from IL & FS Educational and Technology Services. [ School Net ]
