Work Experience
Over the last ten years I have been working in the food industry while managing a broad range of food production and service areas. This has covered most aspects of the food SCM industry including purchasing, customs, logistic agreements and related financial issues.
As the Supply Chain manager of a major food producer (Sanlakol LTD), I was in charge of all commercial issues, including purchasing strategy, negotiation of agreements, subcontractors, shipping, long term planning and risk management.
As the Supply Chain manager of a global food producer Mondelēz International I was responsible for the unit’s SCM, including all logistics, shipping, optimization of customer contracts, and worked to ensure a constant and profitable flow.
In both positions I established robust processes necessary for the smooth running of the organizations and structured computer models that were used in decision making processes and applied to operational and logistical segments.
My overall experience includes extensive logistic skills, negotiation and in-depth understanding of commercial agreements, purchasing, and creating/implementing risk management controls.
I am fluent in Russian, Hebrew, English and French plus Spanish comprehension.
I am a quick-learner, thorough, accurate, pay attention to details and an effective problem solver with ability to think creatively. The ability to work under pressure and with multiple tasks is one of my strong attributes.
Prominent achievements include
cost saving of half a million US$ annually by removing relabeling (Mondelez Israel)
sales increase of 15% annually due to optimization of delivery time (Mondelez Israel)
cost saving of 750K US$ during a new line installation project (Sanlakol Ltd)
