Worked in one of the client location as a Kronos Data Analyst.

Client name is Western Connecticut Health Network.

As a Kronos Analyst, my role was to make sure that the data in the system and the portal is stable and the payroll system which is in kronos is doing the work as per the assigned rules and access on those employer's data.

Client has a data of all the employees in the 3 hospitals of the western region of Connecticut.

First half of the role was to manage the system. So as I had a system admin access. All the tickets raised through the Helpdesk and ITG, it was all directed to me. So it was a responsibility to correct them and make them work as required.

Second half which is still continuing was to make new entries in the data using SQL inside the portal. First phase is to test it in test server then move in the production.

Also for payroll system it was my role to make sure all the employees are being paid according to their paycodes and schedule.

Last but not the least, clock setup was also a role through which employees can punch in/out their time.

Kronos portal and SQL were the most used during this role.
