Description : Express Scripts is a leading pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) with the nation's largest mail order pharmacy operations i.e. fiscal intermediaries that specialize in the administration and management of prescription benefit programs. Express Scripts assists its customers to moderate the cost and enhance the quality of prescription drug benefits provided to members nationwide. Express Scripts processes hundreds of millions of pharmaceutical claims per year. In addition they run mail order fulfillment centers and provide other services to health plans.
Worked for the mainframe application ITP(Integrated tape processing).The Integrated Tape Processing (ITP) system was created to dynamically generate COBOL/DB2 programs and JCL which, when executed, create billing files that are delivered to clients and third party vendors in a particular formats approved by the clients. For every new clients a new setup connection is established. Production entry will be created and will move the transmission setup to production.

Description : Centurylink is a leading communication service provider of broadband, entertainment and voice services to consumers and businesses across the country. The company is one of the largest local exchange telephone company in the United States (based on access lines).
Handled five mainframe applications-CDW,SAMI,PAY-PHONE,TUT & RBL. CDW is a corporate, shared database, which integrates QWEST billing, service order, network, revenue and usage information as well as external data and provides customer and product data for decision making and reporting across the company. RBL is a Mainframe and Midrange application. EMBARQ provides cable services to other CLECS in the states where EMBARQ is licensed. CSPRS receives input from eighteen different source system, the input are compared against the EMBARQ service standards and penalty is calculated for the OCN for which standards are not met. PUC has mandated to publish the report on 20th of every month, failure to publish the report in scheduled date and time involves huge penalty for EMBARQ.
Major work done:
Part of CenturyLink transition to IBM and was the coordinator for DWBI tower.
Handled PASE (production support) and have worked on Informatica, Control M,Unix.
Worked on database update request (both test and production) for RBL application.
Monitoring production jobs in Control – M for mainframe and other applications.
For RBL application worked as an on call and resolved production database issues quickly and effectively.
