•Implemented and maintained backup operations center for ARINC ACARS Network to allow for key services to be available within 24 hours of primary NOC catastrophe.

•Executed software and hardware upgrades on important ARINC ACARS DataLink network while maintaining corporate quality availability goals in excess of 99.975% availability.

•Provided round-the-clock support for air ground data networks and served as technical member of corporate crisis team tasked with avoiding or reducing network outages for aviation safety and revenue protection.
