Prior to that I spent 16 years as a Production Control Manager, responsible for Scheduling, Purchasing and Inventory Control. I achieved an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Parks Junior College, attending night school, while working full time.

Direct and oversee all operations of the manufacturing facility.

Manage all production staffing challenges, including interviewing, hiring, mentoring, firing, scheduling, training and reviewing of all production employees.

Solely responsible for the procurement of all steel coils for the Denver facility.

Managed the production functions to develop a lean manufacturing environment, using a one-piece flow technology.

1999 – 2004 NWP / Water Transmission Group Denver, CO

Production Team Lead for the Water Transmission group during the SAP software implementation.

Lead SAP Trainer for the Water Transmission group.

Lead the design, development and implementation of the Project Actual versus Estimate system, currently being used throughout the corporation.

Worked with the Production Control Managers at all Water Transmission facilities to standardize the reports being produced for the Vice President of the Water Transmission group.

Worked with corporate programmers to develop and implement the program used to upload project estimates into SAP from Excel.
