Prior to that I spent 16 years as a Production Control Manager, responsible for Scheduling, Purchasing and Inventory Control. I achieved an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Parks Junior College, attending night school, while working full time.

Manage all production staffing challenges, including interviewing, hiring, mentoring, firing, scheduling, training and reviewing of all production employees.

Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring that all safety policies were followed and necessary PPE was available and being used properly.

Implement Lean Manufacturing procedures throughout the facility, using 5S, SMED and TPM concepts.

Manage all logistics of inbound materials and customer deliveries. Ensuring all raw materials were on hand, in order to meet ever changing customer demands.

Developed and implemented Production and Inventory Control procedures used in the facility.

Supervised the ISO 9001 certification process for the Production Control Department.

Developed and maintained a system for projecting the margins for projects being produced.

Project the revenue, to be recognized for the coming quarters, for the Denver facility, which produces approximately $45 million per year.

Managed physical inventory for the Denver facility from 1995 - 2015.

Solely responsible for the procurement of all steel coils for the Denver facility.

Served as Lead Internal Auditor for the ISO 9001 system since 2006-2008.

Managed the production functions to develop a lean manufacturing environment, using a one-piece flow technology.

1999 – 2004 NWP / Water Transmission Group Denver, CO

Production Control Team Lead

Production Team Lead for the Water Transmission group during the SAP software implementation.

Lead SAP Trainer for the Water Transmission group.

Lead the design, development and implementation of the Project Actual versus Estimate system, currently being used throughout the corporation.

Worked with the Production Control Managers at all Water Transmission facilities to standardize the reports being produced for the Vice President of the Water Transmission group.

Worked with corporate programmers to develop and implement the program used to upload project estimates into SAP from Excel.

Worked with corporate programmers to design a program to electronically track the various production stages of Water Transmission projects.

Assisted the Saginaw facility in developing and implementing their Production and Inventory Control procedures.

Designed, developed and implemented the Organizational Analysis Program for six Water Transmission facilities across the country.
