Title: WEBENCH Design and Validation

Duration: 1.2 Years

Description: The work is to validate TI switching regulator (AC-DC, DC-DC convertors, PMIC). I am responsible to validate the WEBENCH data Vs datasheet parameters to ensure calculated values in WEBENCH are correct and to validate the EVM bench thermal results with WEBENCH simulated thermal value and to estimation losses in the circuit.

Title: Door Sensors

Description: This project includes a design and development of a low power zig bee based accelerometer used door sensor. The sequence of this work flows in design, schematic entry, layout guidelines and BOM generation.

Title: Fly back Converter Design

Duration: 3 Months

Description: This project includes a design and development of +15V DC compact power supply scans for well logging applications. The designed power supply should cater all the requirements of well logging such as size, isolation, load conditions and operating conditions. In this project an effort is made to design a +15V DC power supply unit of very small size and has a capable of operating in high temperature operating conditions. The sequence of this work flows in design, conceptualization, vibration and thermal analysis, simulations, testing of hardware unit.

Title: AC-DC Converter (500Watt)

Duration: 4 Months

Description: The power supply designed to use AC to DC Conversion using full bridge phase shifted PWM DC/DC converter with front end power factor correction and high efficiency. The DC-DC converter converts 370-410V DC to 24V. Full bridge controller with synchronous rectification is used in the design.
