Support sales teams and customers for the leading provider of client and server software for hardware-based digital security, Wave's core products are based around the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) the industry-standard hardware security chip that is included as standard equipment on most enterprise-class PCs shipping today. Support sales team with a security product that monitors and reports on DDOS and Spam attacks through placing probes in strategic aggregate network points and examining all packets so to determine behavior anomalies, writes signatures based on the anomalies and the Service Protector manager sends the signature to the Allot Netenforcer, a mediation device that isolates and blocks the attack. They combine to identify and protect DDOS attacks and Host and Network Spam attacks to prevent blacklisting and other security violations. Support with technical sale of a multiple gigabyte appliance that resides inline and identifies, categorizes, reports and monitors bandwidth between internal and external networks through Deep Packet Inspection technology which inspects layers 4 through 7 of the OSI and examines packet behavior, protocol signatures and other identification methods. Allot’s NetEnforcer also allows a user to reserve bandwidth for VoIP applications (SIP, H.323, RTP, Etc.) Allot MediaSwift E supports OTT video caching on 1GE and 10GE links and provides unlimited scalability with no single point of failure. The caching service is designed to complement any Content Delivery Network, paving the way for broadband operators to deploy QoE-based services and to become an indispensable link in the Internet video value chain. The product is mainly for high speed/throughput provider networks. Timestep provided a Secure VPN solution utilizing a hardware, and software combination of IPSEC technology for customers to create a secure virtual session over any public network. TimeStep provided hardware gateways at line speed and PC software for remote hosts, controlled by a central management system which included a PKI infrastructure including a Certificate Authority creating and authenticating X.509 digital certificates for every VPN session between remote sites and users and their Central Network. I provided pre-sales support for several sales team members and conducted technical presentations at meetings and tradeshows. Company was acquired by Newbridge Networks and then Alcatel.

1995 INFONET SERVICES CORP.

Infonet Services provides managed network services to global companies enabling them to connect offices using VPN technology nationally and internationally. The product includes fully managed premise equipment and/or access to Infonet’s global ATM backbone network. Some of the options include IP, ATM, Frame Relay and X.25 site to site data delivery as well as VoIP services and SAN solutions. As a Sr. Sales engineer, I provided the sales staff with pre-sales support for potential customers and designed customized solutions using Infonet’s Customized Networking Options technology providing a cost effective solution without compromising performance.
