Job profile:

• Design of Screw Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Former Assy as per costumer requirement.

• Responsible For discussion with client for design approval.

• To Prepare Annexure as customer requirements & Discussion with Vendor.

• Design & Modifying drawings from model & assembly.

• Responsible for design calculation for screw & Belt conveyor.

• Responsible for selection motor, chain, sprocket etc.

• Prepare 2D & 3D Drawings on Solid Edge for various part & Assemblies.

• .Creating part drawing, sub assembly, assembly drawings

• Use of Geometric Dimensions & Tolerances ( GD &T )

• Prepare Bill of material for individual project & Assembly.

• Co-orditanation with Production & planning Dept for scheduling & manufacturing components.

• To calculate the raw materials from machine drawings.

• To submit the material requisition as per project requirement to purchase dept.

• To Prepare cutting layouts for laser cutting & Bending

• To prepare various calculation sheets in excel for design calculation. Skills Used
