DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee, monitor, and check related inspection on the erection of two (2) unit’s steam turbine from foundation layout, box up of LP and HIP turbine, generator stator installation, rotor insertion and bearing installation.

Oversee, monitor, and check all related installation of turbine auxiliary system, condenser, and turbine oil system until oil flushing and system restore.

Oversee, monitor, and check related inspection on the installation of thermal piping and all related piping in the main power house from installation, painting to insulation.

Oversee, monitor, and check the hydro testing all the thermal piping system in the main power house area.

Check and coordinate with the subcontractor for the alkaline cleaning of the pipes.

Oversee, monitor and check the installation of all static and rotating equipment in the main power house for both unit # 1 and unit #2.

Prepare progress report for the erection activity on the main power house area for both unit #1 and unit #2 for support on the billing.

Monitor and check the material availability so that erection will not be affected and will be continuous.

Check the credibility of material during delivery prior to erection.

Check the missing material during the erection and issue to the procurement department for purchasing.

Coordinate with other construction department for the interference and access to area, and schedule.

Read, interpret and explain construction plans and providing work direction to others.

Coordinate design and estimate requirements with sub-contractors and consultants.

Prepare the as built drawing of all the piping system and turn over to the engineering department for documentation and hand over to the owner side.

Check and do punch listing on all the piping installation and erection of equipment for rotating and static.

Prepare the balance of works of every system to identify the system to prioritize in order to proceed on the next activity.

Oversee, monitor, and check the steam blowing piping from fabrication of silencer, target plate housing, target plate holder and particle collector until installation and steam blowing.

Check and insure completeness of the system prior to turnover to the testing and commissioning group.

Assist the commissioning group during commissioning of every system.

Monitor and check the turbine rolling and synchronization of the plant.

Monitor and check the temperature, pressure and vibration of turbine bearings during rolling and synchronization.

Review and check operation and maintenance manuals to be submitted to the owner and use during plant operation period.

Monitor all the maintenance work to be done during the plant operation.
