Created and manage Circuit Provisioning Process Map to improve vendor performance and document procedures for circuit provisioning. Trained U. S. Department of Treasury Account Representatives on utilization and implementation of the map.
Manage, maintain, and update U.S. Department of Treasury’s Voice Network Diagram utilizing VISIO to show a graphical representation of the Treasury voice network to include sites, site connectivity, links to network data and update inventory database. This diagram is also used to track each site’s circuit inventory and services provided at that location utilizing reports from Verizon Federal.
Participated in bi-weekly meetings with vendor on Treasury’s behalf to ensure all parameters of contract are being met, specifically SLAs.
Manage transition from GSA WITS to WITS3 contract by providing onsite technical support; manage bi-weekly meetings and took meeting minutes which I then distributed to Treasury and its Bureaus to creat a historical archive with the vendor on the government’s behalf.
